One plan. Full access. No hidden fees.
1. Subscription: GST Billing operates on a monthly subscription model priced at ₹250 (two hundred fifty Indian Rupees) per month. Subscription grants access to invoice generation, PDF export, report downloads, and cloud backup features.
2. Payment: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscription auto-expires at the end of the billing period unless renewed.
3. Data Storage: All invoice data, user details, and PDF files are stored locally on your device. Optional Google Drive backup is provided for data safety. We do not store your business data on our servers.
4. Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not provided once a subscription period has commenced. Users may cancel renewal at any time.
5. Usage: This app is intended for legitimate GST billing purposes for Indian businesses. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of the application is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability: GST Billing is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy in tax calculations, users are advised to verify GST compliance with a certified tax professional.
7. Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms, pricing, or features with notice via in-app updates.

1. Data Collection: GST Billing does not collect personal data on external servers. All data including invoice details, customer information, and PDF files remain stored locally on your device.
2. Google Drive Backup: When you opt-in for Google Drive backup, your data files (CSV, JSON, PNG, PDF) are uploaded to your personal Google Drive account. We do not access, read, or share these files.
3. Razorpay Payments: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for payment-specific data handling.
4. Permissions: The app requests storage permissions to save invoices and PDFs to your device. Camera/Gallery access is only used for uploading your company logo and QR code.
5. Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or share your business data with any third parties. The only external services used are Razorpay (payments) and Google Drive (optional backup).
6. Data Security: Subscription status is stored locally using AES encryption. No sensitive business data is transmitted over the internet except for the optional Google Drive backup initiated by you.
